    Terms of Use

These terms set the basic expectations for using EduBridge’s website, accounts, classrooms and tutoring services.

    Last updated 15 August 2026

By using EduBridge or arranging a service, you agree to these terms. A parent or guardian should review them for any service involving a child.
    01

    Using EduBridge

You may use EduBridge for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with these terms. Information provided during enquiry, account setup and service use should be accurate and kept reasonably current.

    02

    Parents, guardians and student accounts

A parent or guardian is responsible for service decisions involving a child, including the information supplied, tutoring arrangements, account supervision and payment commitments. Account credentials must not be shared with unauthorised people.

    03

    Tutoring and learning support

EduBridge provides educational support and coordination. Tutor matching, lesson plans and session methods may be adjusted based on availability, curriculum, learning needs and service operations. Academic progress depends on many factors and no specific grade or examination result is guaranteed.

    04

    Sessions, attendance and conduct

Users should join scheduled sessions on time, communicate respectfully and avoid recording, copying, disrupting or misusing a classroom without permission. EduBridge may act to protect students, tutors, staff, systems and other users when conduct creates safety, privacy or operational concerns.

    05

    Pricing, packages and payments

Published prices and package details apply as displayed or agreed at the time of purchase. Any schedule, rescheduling, cancellation, expiry, refund or credit arrangement should be confirmed in the applicable package, invoice or written service communication.

    06

    Files, content and intellectual property

EduBridge platform materials, branding, software and original content remain protected. Users retain responsibility for files they upload and must have the right to share them. Educational files may be used only for the relevant learning and service purpose unless separate permission is provided.

    07

    Availability and changes

EduBridge aims to keep the website, accounts and classrooms available, but maintenance, connectivity, third-party services or unexpected events may interrupt access. Features, content and service processes may be improved or changed while preserving active commitments where reasonably possible.

    08

    Responsible use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, upload harmful material, impersonate another person, exploit a child, harass a user, misuse contact information or use the service for unlawful activity.

    09

    Suspension or ending access

EduBridge may restrict or end access when required for safety, security, non-payment, misuse, repeated disruption, legal obligations or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, the team may first contact the account holder to resolve the issue.

    10

    Liability and external services

The service may depend on internet connectivity and third-party technology. To the extent permitted by applicable rules, EduBridge is not responsible for losses caused solely by external outages, user devices, unauthorised credential sharing or events outside reasonable control.

    Questions about these terms

Contact EduBridge before using the service where a term is unclear or where a specific package, invoice or written agreement contains additional conditions.
